Timothy B. Pickett

Associate attorney

Timothy B. Pickett’s practice focuses on construction defect litigation, premises liability, mechanics lien law, real property disputes, general business disputes and litigation.  Mr. Pickett has gained extensive experience in all phases of litigation - filing and drafting complaints, discovery and extensive pre-trial motion work.

Mr. Pickett also handles trademark matters, including drafting applications with the USPTO, negotiating with Examining Attorneys, responding to USPTO Office Actions and using the Madrid System to service international marks.  Mr. Pickett advises multiple industry-renowned companies in managing their trademarks, as well as aggressively protecting their intellectual property.

Mr. Pickett is a native San Diegan, born and raised in La Jolla, CA.  Mr. Pickett attended La Jolla High School before heading to the Pacific Northwest to obtain a Bachelor of Arts at Gonzaga University.  After graduating, Mr. Pickett returned home to attend the University of San Diego School of Law, achieving his Juris Doctorate in 2016.
