Business Contingency Matters

The firm accepts some business litigation cases on a contingency fee basis.  After consultation with clients concerning business matters and contract disputes, the firm may determine that the client is financially incapable of pursuing its legitimate rights.  In these situations, the firm may accept the case on a contingency fee basis, being compensated only if the client’s rights are successfully litigated.  This relationship allows small businesses to assert their rights against better capitalized opponents.
